  1. Prep all ingredients before you start cooking: slice Chicken, chop cabbage, and mix any sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions. Keep warm.
  3. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat until shimmering. Add Chicken and cook undisturbed for 2 minutes, then stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Add cabbage and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp. Pour in the sauce and toss everything to coat.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, or a drizzle of chilli oil.
