Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using social-cook.com (the “Site”) and the Social Cook App (the “Service”). By accessing or using our Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Social Cook provides a curated 365-day meal planning system, including daily meal plans, weekly grocery lists, inspirational content, and links to third-party video content created by independent food creators (“Influencers”). We are a curation service. We do not own or control the third-party video content linked within the Service.
2. Lifetime Access Purchase
Upon purchasing Lifetime Access, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Social Cook App for personal, non-commercial use. “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Social Cook service. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
3. Third-Party Content & Links
The Service includes links to and embeds of videos hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram). We curate this content but do not own it. We cannot guarantee the continued availability of any third-party video. If a video is removed by its creator or platform, we will make reasonable efforts to replace it with equivalent content, but we make no warranty regarding the availability of any specific video.
Our curation fee covers the service of organizing, categorizing, and maintaining these links in one convenient location — not ownership of the underlying content.
4. Affiliate Relationships
Social Cook participates in affiliate programs, including the Instacart affiliate program through Impact.com. We may earn a commission when you make purchases through affiliate links on our Site. This does not affect the price you pay.
5. Intellectual Property
The Social Cook name, logo, website design, written descriptions, and organizational structure of the meal plans are the intellectual property of Social Cook. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all linked content will remain available. Nutritional information, where provided, is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Cook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
