📋 How to Make It
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook orzo according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Season well.
- Add vegetables to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes. Stir in any sauce or cream.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water a splash at a time to loosen the sauce.
- Taste for seasoning, adjust with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot.
