📋 How to Make It

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook orzo according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Season well.
  3. Add vegetables to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes. Stir in any sauce or cream.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water a splash at a time to loosen the sauce.
  5. Taste for seasoning, adjust with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot.
